The information and services provided by the App are for informational purposes only and are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users should consult a healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions based on the information provided by the App.

Fastcal is not responsible for any health deterioration or adverse effects that may result from using the App. Users assume full responsibility for any risks associated with using the App and agree to use the information at their own risk.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the App or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fastcal and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
